CONDITIONS

1. Age Requirements: Minimum 21 years
2. Driver's License: A valid driving license held for at least one year is required
3. Minimum Rental Duration: One day
4. Charging: This depents on the agreement between customenr and EURO RENT
5. Traffic Fines: All traffic and expences inccurred during the rental period, are at the renter's responsibility.
6. Gasoline: Renter pays for gasoline consumed during the rental.
7. Taxes: The taxes of 23% are included in our price catalogues.
8. Delivery And Collection: After agreement costumer and EURO RENT
9. Availability: Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.
10. Across the Border Rentals: Renters wishing to drive the car out of Greece, must obtain the advance written authorisation of our offices.
11. Ferrying of the Car: The advance written authorisation of our offices is required by any renter wishing to ferry the car to and from the island
12. Insurance: The company called EURO RENT. Has insured cars at all times with full insurance and the castomers pay no extra charge. If the customer doesn't wish to have this insurance this will be arranged between the customer and EURO RENT.
    For Physical injuries caused to others we insure 500.000€ for material damages 100.000€ for personal insurance you are charged 2€ a day
13. Road Assistance: 24 hours.
