The village of Kalives, 18 km outside Chania is placed at the entrance
of the Souda Bay.

This once poor farmer's settlement became a rich village and the once quiet habitation a lively place, surrounded by vine and olivesfields.

° ° °The most beautiful spot is the village square and you will recognize it immediately. Under the magical plane tree, young and old people meet in the cafés.
